I am one of the world’s leading experts on Fasting (I have a best selling book and have helped people all over the world with this).  I get people on a 48 hour fast, followed by one meal per day to begin my Coaching and then we ramp up from there.  

 

This past fall (2022), while doing 75 Hard, I did the first run of my Indigo Panda Challenge, in which I did a 5 day fast, then had a feast, right into a 4 day fast, then feast, then 3 days and then 2 days.  I did two intense workouts per day and finished the Indigo by doing an overnight 12 hour silent/solo hike/walk.  It was all about challenging the mind and connecting more spiritually. 

 

I am the world’s leading expert on patellar tendon ruptures, having gone through it twice to ungodly degrees, along with other ligament tears and more.  My knowledge in this space deals with how to deal with any knee injury and having a quicker recovery based upon the athletes I’ve worked with throughout the years and because of how all encompassing my own personal injuries were.  

 

I am a pioneer of the human mind, putting myself in uncomfortable situations constantly (cold tub every morning, crazy fasting schedules, 8 minute sets of squats, psilocybin mushrooms).  In life, everything comes down to your mind.
